Questions owners ask
Is this the same as Apple Pay?
The card lives in Apple Wallet, the same app as Apple Pay, but nobody pays with it. Customers show it to collect stamps.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone.
What if a customer doesn't use a wallet app?
They keep their card as a web page with the same QR code. It works on any phone.
Can staff stamp cards without the owner's login?
Yes. Staff use a separate PIN that only opens the scanner.
Can I change the design later?
Any time. Every customer's card updates with your new logo and colours.
